Unobtrusive heartbeat monitoring by using a bed fiber-optic sensor
Abstract
A device for unobtrusive heartbeat monitoring is based on detection of tiniest vibrations and sounds caused by the heart. The device consists of low-cost opto-electronic components and advanced algorithms for the optical signal processing.
