Abstract
Abstract. Slovenian Association of Trainees of Obstetrics and Gynecology – SATOG is an organization of residents of gynecology and obstetrics. The main goal of the organization is optimization of the learning process with the goal of resident becoming an independent specialist. To achieve this goal we need to know about residency, the characteristics of resident, mentor and what kind of options do we have to provide best education possible. The article describes the way of education today and what are our plans for the future.Downloads
